My wife and I have been training with Zach since Dec 2005.  Our experience with him has been most gratifying.  My wife has lupus, but with Zach's training she has run a number of 5K's and has become less osteoporotic.  I can still practice dentistry because I no longer have back pain.  Our quality of life has been tremendously enhanced by our exercise and diet routine.  We highly recommend Zach as a personal trainer.  He is doing a wonderful job for us.

Zach is a great trainer to work with. He is friendly, very professonal, and always arrives on time.  He always listened to what my fitness goals were and was dedicated to helping me achieve them. He coached me in my workouts, kept me focused and motivated, he also made great suggestions for changes in my diet. I am please to write this about Zach.  I’ve been working with Zach for five months now. I posted on Thumbtack looking for a personal trainer, and Zach sent me a message asking if I would be interested in working out with him. We did a free trial session together and I have been using him ever since (almost 3 months).

I recently got engaged this year, and I want to make sure that I look my best for the big day. I wanted to look more toned, be able to run a half marathon, and live a healthier lifestyle and be more active. I also have a history of asthma, so he made sure to watch out for that during our workouts. Zach set up a program customized for me and my goals, and then we went to work. I work out once a week with him, and do a variety of cardio, strength training, and balance exercises during our time together. He also writes out additional exercises to complete during the week as well, so I keep myself accountable. He is also very flexible on different workout times throughout the week, so if something comes up, we can change it easily to fit out schedules.

When I started working out, I weighed between 150-145. I am down to 135 and have lost three inches around my waist, as well as other target areas.

Zach has been a great personal trainer for me and I will continue to use him.

I've had the opportunity to have Zach as my personal trainer over the last year. My goals were simple and straight forward... wanted to lose a few pounds, be more toned, create better eating habits and establish a healthier lifestyle that I could actually live with.

 

From the onset Zach was there to craft a specialized program that worked exactly for my needs. We set up a schedule for 3 days a week. Each day the routine was different - which was perfect for me. I get bored easily and so I enjoyed having a different routine and area of focus.  In addition to the workout sessions, Zach guided me on cardio exercises that I could do on my 'off days' as well as crafted easy-to-follow plans while I was traveling, to  maintain while on the road. As an added bonus, Zach also provided me with some guidance on ways that I could adjust my diet to make the most of what I was eating. Simple changes... nothing drastic ... or hard to follow ... that I could maintain on an ongoing basis.  Within the first 3 months all my friends were commenting on how my 'new workout program' was making a realdifference.

 

I lost 11 lbs. of fat and gained 4 lbs. of muscle.  My arms and legs more toned, my body lighter and more lean... and as an added bonus ... my over all sense of well being has improved more than 100%. 

 

Zach's flexible attitude around my busy travel schedule was great and helped ensure I kept up the momentum throughout the year. I'm pleased to say that I am most impressed with Zach (and myself) as I was able to stick with the program he designed AND meet my objectives WHILE having a positive change in my lifestyle that I've been able to maintain.
